Recovered

Finally I recovered from cold. It took longer than I thought (Actually, I still feel headache a little bit). Almost 3 days I was in my bed and got tired to stay home. Interestingly I had a good appetite so ate like a horse every meal. Now I feel I'm having problem with my waist.. It's about time to play tennis again!

Headache

I thought I was fine this morning but my headache is getting worse. It always happen to me at the beginning of winter. I took shower right before go to bed last night and forgot to dry my hair. It could be the reason. I was in the bed all day long and I got tired to sleep. I wonder what to do...

Race result -Turkey trot

Running event

The running event called Turkey trot will be held tomorrow and I'll take part in it. My previous record for 10k was about 50min but I don't believe I can shorten it. I've started training just yesterday and I couldn't run only 3 miles today. Just I wish I could finish without defaulting during the race tomorrow..

Car wash

In US, car wash facility is common so that everybody can clean their car by themselves without paying a lot. This is the picture of car wash facility in Davis and it costs only 3 dollars to use it for 15 min. They have soap brush and water spay to rinse it. It's fun to clean my car especially during hot summer.
