Headache

I thought I was fine this morning but my headache is getting worse. It always happen to me at the beginning of winter. I took shower right before go to bed last night and forgot to dry my hair. It could be the reason. I was in the bed all day long and I got tired to sleep. I wonder what to do...

Race result -Turkey trot

Running event

The running event called Turkey trot will be held tomorrow and I'll take part in it. My previous record for 10k was about 50min but I don't believe I can shorten it. I've started training just yesterday and I couldn't run only 3 miles today. Just I wish I could finish without defaulting during the race tomorrow..

Car wash

In US, car wash facility is common so that everybody can clean their car by themselves without paying a lot. This is the picture of car wash facility in Davis and it costs only 3 dollars to use it for 15 min. They have soap brush and water spay to rinse it. It's fun to clean my car especially during hot summer.

Work out

It's been a while to purchase membership for the gym. Actually I hesitated to buy it because I didn't go there while I had annual pass. But this time, I believe I will go to the gym more often because I have a lot of friend and object to work out unlike last year.

Karaoke

I went to sacramento to join karaoke party last week. It's been a while to sing songs and I was disappointed at my skills. I used to belong to chorus club when I was undergraduate and could sing various songs. But now, I don't know current popular songs and the tones of most of my favorite songs are too high for me. I realized I'm changing and not what I was.

My favorite time

I can spend wonderful time only with good book and coffee. Fall is here and good time to read book. I took this picture at my favorite coffee shop in downtown.
