Collapse of Japan

These days people are concerning about population decline and aging in Japan. Although speculative, it might be due to work environment. Generally speaking work rights of employees are not protected in Japan and employers often enforce them to overwork until midnight. As a result, workers don't have enough time to communicates their spouses and eventually even nuclear families collapse. People are disappointed at their lives and futures, resulting in cause of a sense of stagnation. So the key of economical recovery is protecting workers rights. It'll bring recovery of the family system and hopes.
